At The K-Chicken, our focus is on fresh and good produce. We make all our sauces and marinades for our dishes by hand and on our own recipes. We can guarantee that the food holds high quality either you prefer fried chicken or pork Bulgogi.

Bulgogi

Bulgogi is thin sliced meat that is marinated and cooked by fire, hence the name Bul(fire)Gogi(meat). Bulgogi is a very famous dish in the Kroean cusine and there are many versions of the dish. At The K-Chicken we can offer our own authentic Pork Bulgogi with a sweet and fruity flavour or a Spicy Pork Bulgogi (Picture) that has a more spicy flavor. Both our Bulgogi dishes has become a customer favorite.

Kimchi

We serve home made fresh kimchi with all panfried dishes. It is also possible to buy extra kimchi on the side with all dishes. Kimchi is the most used traditional Korean side dish and is made from cabbage, chilli, fishsauce and traditional spices. The K-Chicken`s kimchi is served fresh, but traditionally it is fermented. Fresh Kimchi has a milder taste and a more crunchy feel

Syltet Rettich

Pickled reddish (Asian root vegetable) is traditionally served with korean fried chicken to balance the stomach.

Chimaek

Korean culture has the word "chimaek", a combiation of Chicken og maekju (Beer in Korean). This is a classic combination in Korea. We can offer high quality non-alkohol beer from Klokk&Co that will elevate the experience even more.
